1st Hampton Hill Sea Scouts 30/11/2010

30th November 2010 saw the 1st Hampton Hill Sea Scout Group.  The Beavers, Cubs and Sea Scouts were all scheduled to take part in 1st Aid training, but managed to set aside half an hour between sessions to sing happy birthday and eat some cake J.  Some of our Explorers came along and joined is as well.

It was really good to see how the Group has grown in size again over the past couple of years.  This was demonstrated by the fact that we invested 6 new Beaver Scouts who have all taken part for a few weeks and were very eager to join the movement. Perhaps there is a chance that some of the new joiners will still be around as Young Leaders when they turn 21 years old to take part in the Groups 100th Birthday!
